Cancellation Policy

When you book an appointment with us, that time is set aside for you - and ONLY you. We never double book and we do our best in always being ready for you when you arrive. In return, we ask that you keep with your commitment to us and show up for your scheduled appointment on time. We do understand that life happens in a day and we ask that you let your therapist know directly if your appointment time will be effected. Below are the details of our cancellation and missed appointment policies.

Cancellation & Rescheduling:

If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please provide at least 24 hours' notice. This policy

You can cancel or reschedule by contacting your therapist directly and/or e-mailing bookings@sportstherapysolutions.com

Late Cancellations:

Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours' notice may be subject to a 50% charge of the scheduled session fee

No-Show Appointments (Missed Appointments)

If you do not attend your confirmed appointment and do not notify your therapist in advance, this is considered a no-show/missed appointment and the full session fee will be charged.

Late Arrivals

If you arrive late to your appointment, your session will end at its scheduled time. This is to help stay on time for all clients throughout the day. (i.e. if you book 60 minutes and only receive 30 minutes of treatment due to being late, you will be charged for a 60 minute session).

NOTE: If your therapist is running behind due to therapist/client circumstances, your therapist will contact you if able and you will be seen for your full session time.

We truly appreciate your understanding and cooperation! Respecting this policy helps us:

  • Offer appointments to clients on our waitlist
  • Maintain a punctual schedule
  • Continue to provide high-quality one-on-one personalized care

NOTE: We recognize that no one is perfect and that there are circumstances that are out of your control (sudden illness, family emergencies, etc.) and so your therapist may make an exception to the above policies on those rare occasions.
